August 26, 2026Springs’ Bear River Student Center begins the school year with a new administrative leadership team. Tiffiny Aery is principal, Liz Ramirez is vice principal, and Rebecca Sebastian is TOSA/vice principal. Tiffiny assumes the role of principal after the retirement of Renee Gooding.

April 27, 2026Springs’ Bear River Student Center held its second annual multicultural event, reported Site Facilitator Gabbie Brooks. The event celebrated “the rich diversity of our community” with cultural foods, student performances—including dancers and singers—and food trucks. Each classroom was assigned a specific art project to contribute to the event, “helping create a vibrant and engaging experience for all who attended.”

February 25, 2026Bear River Student Center celebrated Valentine’s week with a special Kindness Week celebration, reported Site Facilitator
Gabbie Brooks. Students participated by writing thoughtful letters to staff and classmates and adding hearts to the school’s Kindness Tree. Gabbie said, “It was a wonderful experience, and we loved seeing so many students spreading kindness throughout the school.”
