- Teacher Partnership: A dedicated High School Teacher of Record who partners with students and families to create and monitor a customized graduation path.
- Instructional Team: Support from both homeroom and single-subject teachers, along with small group online tutoring from instructional aides.
- Ongoing Engagement: Weekly online homeroom and regular Sprint meetings with teachers, students, and parents.
- On-Demand Tutoring: 24/7 tutoring through Tutor.com.
Flexible Learning, Labs & Resources
- Learning Labs: High School Learning Lab options: in-person, academic classes led by single-subject teachers, and Study Zone hours led by instructional aides.
- Curriculum Options: Journey’s agreed-upon Curriculum Choice options are available to further personalize learning by providing students and families with approved curriculum choices.
- Science Labs: Mobile Science Labs for hands-on learning experiences and Virtual Science Labs for flexible learning.
- Funding & Technology: Funding for curriculum, field trips, and approved vendors to support student interests and electives, plus a Springs-issued Chromebook.

- College Credit: Free college courses that allow students to earn both high school and college credit.
