Mosaic TK-8: Kids take hands-on, core workshop-style classes Monday through Thursday. Friday is a home study day that focuses on personalized development of mastery and individual project work.

look for new perspectives.”

Rebeca Jimenez and her Girl Scout troop donated a “beautiful buddy bench” which they had built for the school’s kindness garden, reported
Stacey Savin, campus coordinator. It helps create a "beautiful outdoor space" where students can socialize, Stacey said.

March 28, 2024Springs Charter Schools’ iShine Student Center held a middle school Snow Ball with 80 students in attendance. Students enjoyed a DJ and Nacho Bar,
Sarah Sims, program facilitator, said. She continued, “This was a magical evening filled with joy and laughter under the stars and twinkle lights … It was such a happy night.”

January 2, 2024Springs iShine Student Center honored veterans with a Veteran’s Day Tribute. Students performed patriotic songs and created patriotic artwork. Family members, including veterans, were invited to the school to participate and spoke to students.

September 25, 2023Kelly Kester is the new school counselor at the iShine Student Center. She has worked at Springs for seven years in a variety of capacities. Her new role, said Campus Coordinator
Stacey Savin, is “to help all students maximize their success through academic achievement strategies. She assists with managing emotions and applying interpersonal skills. Kelly's hope is to deliver a counseling program that will make a positive impact on student achievement.”
