To ensure a safe environment for everyone, please complete the volunteer approval process below.
Springs Volunteer Approval Process
Step 1: Initial Approval
Request approval from your local school site. Your Site Facilitator will initiate the volunteer request with Principal approval.
Step 2: Complete the Raptor Online Application
Fill out and submit your official online volunteer application through Raptor:

Step 3: Prepare Required Documents
Gather and complete your mandatory health and safety paperwork:
- TB Risk Assessment / Results: Must be dated within 60 days of submission and include the assessment dates along with a healthcare provider stamp.
- LiveScan Fingerprinting: Download and fill out the LiveScan form, then complete your fingerprinting.

Step 4: Upload Your Documents
Upload your completed TB forms and signed LiveScan paperwork directly into your Raptor online application.
Step 5: Complete Mandated Reporter Training
Complete the required SB 848 Mandated Reporter Training and upload your certificate of completion into your Raptor application.
Step 6: Review & Final Approval
Your application will be reviewed for completion. Once approved, you will receive an official approval email from Raptor. For status updates, please contact the front office of the school site you are applying for.
