Barstow Community College Classes

Springs Charter Schools is proud to partner with Barstow Community College (BCC) to offer an exciting opportunity for students in grades 9-12. With approval from a parent and counselor, students can participate in an innovative dual enrollment program that allows them to earn college credits while meeting high school graduation requirements. This unique opportunity supports both academic success and professional growth, helping students get a head start on their future.

BCC offers two semesters each academic year: Fall and Spring. Each semester is divided into two 9-week terms: Fall 1 and Fall 2, and Spring 1 and Spring 2. This schedule offers flexibility and multiple entry points throughout the year.

High school students may take up to three courses per semester, with a maximum of 11.5 units across both terms. All courses are taught online by BCC professors and are tuition-free. Springs Charter Schools will also provide any required course materials, including textbooks, at no cost to families.

Courses are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If a student’s preferred class is full, they will be placed on a waitlist.
