Program Transfer Requests

A Parent/Guardian may request a Program Transfer during the school year by filling out the Program Transfer Request form below.

If your student was previously enrolled with Springs Charter Schools, please complete a new online application to re-enroll.  This Program Transfer Request form is for students who are currently enrolled in a Springs program.

Requests that are approved will take effect on specific dates throughout the year (see effective dates below). For a transfer request to become active on the next available effective date, the request must be made within the transfer request period and space must be available in the requested program.

The 2023/24 Request Window is now closed. If you have any questions, you may email the Enrollment department at: enrollment@springscs.org

Transfer requests for the upcoming 2024/25 school year are now open.

Please only complete if you are requesting a different program than what was entered on your Letter of Intent for the 24/25 school year.
