Harbor Springs Charter School’s (which includes Vista Springs Charter School’s and Pacific Springs Charter School’s) Governing Board typically meets on the second Thursday of the month (meeting dates listed below).
- Open Session begins at 4:30 p.m.
- Closed Session begins after Open Session business has concluded and typically lasts an hour or less, but may require more time, before the Board reconvenes to report out on Closed Session business and adjourn the meeting, per Government Code 54957.1 and 54957.9.
Meetings are held at our Vista Student Center, with public participation available from all San Diego County campus locations.
In compliance with California’s Brown Act, agendas are posted at least 72 hours prior to regular meetings to ensure transparency and public access.
