Who We Are

The Board of Directors for San Diego County operates under Harbor Springs Charter Schools, Inc. This seven-member board provides governance and oversight for our three San Diego County charter schools: Harbor Springs Charter School, Pacific Springs Charter School, and Vista Springs Charter School.
During the regular Harbor Springs Board meetings, agenda items for all three charters are presented together but listed separately for individual consideration. These meetings comply with the Ralph M. Brown Act and are open to the public at any of our San Diego County school locations.
