I have over 40 years of public service experience in the government, secular, and not-for-profit sector. I served in the USN as a Hospital Corpsman with the USMC Fleet Marine Force. I worked as a Director of Research at Palomar Medical Group in Escondido, California, and as a Senior Clinical Research Scientist for pharmaceuticals, and am a Former Business Owner/Clinical Researcher at Biotechnology.
