He noted that he has autism, and that “I’m lucky my parents found out about Springs for me because it has helped me to get more one-on-one help with my work from my family, and it gives me more time to practice and compete in ATA Taekwondo.”

Springs’ Corona Student Center (CSC) has begun an afterschool program to promote students’ emotional and social well being, reported Principal E.J. Whitehead. Participants have the opportunity to play outdoor and indoor games and to socialize in a safe environment. In the new school year, the CSC is serving 70 students, grades K-8.
