Springs’ Magnolia Student Center held its first ever virtual Open House which was viewed by many. It featured photographs from the school year of students, staff and schoolwork, with live presentations by teachers. Springs’ Renaissance Valley Academy (RVA) has seen its enrollment jump during this time of pandemic. When the shelter-in-place mandate came in March, it had 457 students. The Corona Student Center held an 8th-grade parade promotion ceremony in May as its 8th-grade teacher is expecting a child the week school finishes. Students received goodie bags as they passed by.
