| Springs’ Otay Ranch Academy for the Arts is pleased to welcome three new teachers: Sydney Wilson, 2nd grade, Ebony Peralta, 3rd/4th combo, and Myisha Partridge, 6th grade. Adam Samaha is a new middle school ACE.
