Kim Bagby is the new principal of the Vista Student Center. She previously worked in the education field in her native Michigan. In three schools with which she worked, she was responsible for curriculum mapping and planning and aligning it to standards, ultimately resulting in higher levels of student achievement.
She also spearheaded a project to create district-wide common assessments that helped teachers increase rigor and level of complexity in their classrooms. She joined the Springs staff in 2015 as the director of instructional support.
