Julia Nunez, a 7th-grade Homeschool student, is the June 2020 Student Artist of the Month. Her artwork is entitled “There’s No Place Like Springs.” Julia likes to create her art using watercolors and acrylic paint.
She hopes one day to be an illustrator, animator or author. Her other interests include reading and card making; she also likes writing letters to friends and reading. She chose Springs because of the flexible schedule it offers her, and because it allows her to “focus on the art that I love.”
