Homeschool senior Dylan Jun, 14, of Rancho Santa Margarita has been accepted to UCI and UC San Diego. He has also applied to UCLA and UC Berkeley. He is currently leaning towards attending UC San Diego, as his brother Collin, who graduated high school at age 13 in 2018, attends there.
Dylan has been a member of the National Honor Society since 2019. His interests include playing piano and violin. He volunteers as a Taekwondo instructor, assisting younger students. In April, he will test for his 2nd-degree black belt. He is also a top answerer on www.Brainly.com.
Dylan has been a part of the Homeschool program since kindergarten. The program has worked well for him. He said, “Springs has given me the freedom to progress quickly and take advanced courses. It has also allowed me to take curriculums that I enjoyed and gives me time for my extracurricular activities.”
