Springs’ Hemet Quest Academy held a Relay for Life to raise money for cancer research. The event kicked off with an assembly led by PE teacher Ted McAllister and DJed by Brian Dacus.
The special honoree at the event was art teacher Linda Collins, who battled stage 4 cancer and presently is cancer-free. Additionally, this summer Hemet Quest is offering a free lunch and snack at its Acacia A building. Other summer events include paint nights, movie nights, KinderCamp and Come Read With Me.
