Students from Springs’ Flabob Airport Preparatory Academy appeared before the Jurupa Valley Planning Commission to share their passion for the school and ask that a CUP (conditional use permit) for a new Academy facility at the Flabob Airport be approved. The Commission agreed, and approved the CUP on a 5-0 vote.
Last summer when Joshua Herrmann got to meet his hero — aerospace engineer Burt Rutan — at an aviation convention in Wisconsin, it was one of the highlights of his young life.
