Gianluca Sasso, 13, an 8th-grade student with Venture Online, is a competitive soccer player. He has been competing since age 7, and hopes one day to become a professional soccer player.
Gianluca joined Venture Online two years ago. He explained, “School was always very hard for me, I loved learning but I struggled.”
He discovered he was dyslexic, and asked his parents if he could be part of Venture Online. It has worked well for him. He said, “I really love the program because it allows me to learn at my own pace and I don’t feel too much pressure.” The program also allows him to have additional training time with his coach during the week. Besides soccer, he also enjoys photography and fishing.
