Springs Charter Schools was awarded 3rd place as a Top Workplace in the Inland Empire by The Press-Enterprise, The Inland Valley Progress Bulletin, the San Bernardino Sun, and the Redland Facts in the category of “Large Employers”!
This award resulted from a survey which was sent out to all staff earlier this school year. The survey was completed by 76% of our wonderful employees, way above their average response rate. Thanks to all of you for taking the time to have your voice heard!! The judges for this award were YOU!
Springs Charter Schools was the only public school in the top five honorees, making us #1 in our category.
We are very excited to be honored with such a distinction! We know that it is all because of YOU; each and every one of our dedicated and hard-working staff!
The Superintendent, Kathleen Hermsmeyer, was thrilled to be able to share her pride in our schools, our employees, and the important work we do with the large audience upon accepting the award!
Once we have analyzed all the data available from the robust and anonymous survey, we will be sharing more specifics about our strengths and the areas for improvement that were identified by you all as we endeavor to become NUMBER ONE next year!
