Hello Parents, Guardians, and Staff of Corona Student Center, Learning Center, and Mosaic Academy: We are test piloting a new doorbell system at the Corona Site. It is called RING. We ask that you take a few moments and read through our new policy and procedure for school security with our school door entrance.
1. Doorbell System – push the button – wait a few seconds for our voice on the intercom
2. We will respond via loudspeaker and ask your name and who you are here for
3. It is a camera (one way) for us to see and speak to you
4. We will buzz the automatic locking door to let you into the facility after we verify why you are here
A few reminders:
– Please do not pull on the door. We will buzz you in after we speak to you through the intercom. Wait for the buzz.
– Please speak clearly. Please tell all emergency contacts that our school has a buzz-in system and we will ask for identification when they are picking up your child. Please make sure they have their ID ready to show the camera.
– This is for added security to our school. We are excited to test this program. Please give us time to learn the program. We are starting this program the first week of April.
