Springs 7th grade Magnolia Student Center student Ethan LeBreton, 13, was one of 13 baseball players selected to represent California at an all-state game in Georgia in November. He plays for an Arizona-based national travel team ranked 7th in the nation.
Ethan began playing baseball at age three; both his father and grandfather played baseball. He plays pitcher and shortstop. He engages in a training regimen that includes daily workouts, working with a batting coach, fielding/defense practice, and recovery methods. Ethan hopes to play division 1 college baseball and professional baseball. Springs has worked well for him, he said, as he is able to complete his schoolwork at home and on the road.
