Sara Mathwig is a 6-year-old Springs Homeschool student. She likes the program, she said, because it allows her to spend time with her family and “I am able to learn in fun ways with my mom and brother.”
She also enjoys the program’s gatherings at the park and the field trips. She said, “All of the teachers at Springs Charter Schools are so nice and helpful and I get to take fun classes like music at school on Fridays.”
She especially likes taking the ceramics classes offered. She said, “I like making new designs in the clay. I make things for my room and gifts for my family and friends.”
