Springs’ Pathfinder Resource Center in downtown Riverside (pictured above) is sporting a new paint job, reported Director of Homeschool Learning Centers Marla Martindale.
The site previously housed Springs’ Flabob Airport Preparatory Academy, and now is used to offer learning center classes to independent study students grades 5 and up, Keys students, and special education students.
“The entire outside of the building is covered in bright, vibrant, fun colors and looks amazing,” reported Mrs. Martindale. She noted that in the upcoming years the interior of the building will be remodeled and painted as well. Neighboring business owner Ed Armenta of The Fruit Man Farmer’s Market, she added, said he “loved the fresh clean look of the building.”
The exterior of other Springs sites has been repainted as well, including Palm Academy in Indio and the iShine Student Center in Temecula. The Palm Academy site was painted light gray with blue and white trim, noted Principal Haroon Abdul-Mubaarik; the exterior paint was part of the new construction that was completed prior to students and staff occupying the site in May.
