Kindergartners at Springs’ Otay Ranch Academy for the Arts (ORAA) learned about turkeys and pumpkins in the weeks leading up to Thanksgiving. The schoolwide character theme for November was gratitude, and teacher Taylor Olson’s class turned their door into a gratitude turkey. Other creative students at the school include middle school students in teacher Jennifer Clark’s class who made stop-motion animation videos to explain Newton’s laws of physics.
