Springs’ Corona Student Center is starting the new school year with a fresh coat of exterior paint, the Springs colors of cream with dark blue trim, reported the new principal, E.J. Whitehead. Other exterior maintenance includes new grass and wood chips for the playground area. The interior of the Center has also been painted, and new carpeting laid. New staff includes 5/6 teacher Lauren Zike and 6/7 teacher Stephanie Varela. They will be helping teach the Center’s 240 students, its highest enrollment ever.
