Springs’ Bear River Student Center held its 2nd annual Christmas choir performance of “A Christmas Line,” a Broadway-style performance of Christmas songs. It was a “huge hit” with the audience, reported Site Facilitator Lindsay Robson, and raised money for the school’s theater department.
Other recent activities at the school site included a site spelling bee, intramural football, and its second annual “Stone Soup,” in which students prepared soup for themselves and family and told stories about the importance of being thankful. And, the school’s Makerspace has re-opened, with students creating projects under the direction of academy teacher Nicole Moldenhauer.
