Students at Springs’ Rancho Cucamonga Personalized Learning Center “soared into the new school year with excitement and purpose,” reported Principal Monica Lopez, as students raised funds for the school’s S.T.E.A.M. initiative and “embarked on a journey to develop leadership skills that will guide them as future leaders.”
For two weeks, Apex leadership trainers “delivered impactful lessons, teaching that Apex Future Leaders embody gratitude, kindness, respect, integrity, perseverance, and initiative.” Students were inspired and empowered, Monica said, learning firsthand what it means to be a leader. The training culminated in the Apex Fun Run, in which students, families, and the community “joined together for a lively event to support our school and its vision for the future.”
