Bear River Musical Theater, Spelling Bee

Springs Bear River Student Center closed out 2022 with a Christmas musical theater performance led by musical theater teacher Pam Goodwin. Additionally, the school held its annual spelling bee. Winners included Profess AdhikariNoah Chaidez , and Nalaya Phillips.

January Student Artist of the Month

Homeschool 8th grade student Cyrus Perez is the January 2023 Student Artist of the Month. When creating art, Cyrus likes to use a drawing pad with black liner pens for outlining and detailing and brush pens for shading and occasional color. He likes to draw birds and wild animals, such as African Bush Elephants.

Del Rio Recognizes Students, New Staff

Journey Home School Team Building

The staff of Journey Home School High School attended an Ontario Reign hockey game as a team-building activity. Administrative Assistant Paulina Ivey said, “A great time was had by all, especially when Danniella Levinson and her darling daughter danced on the Jumbotron! It’s always a great time when we get to hang out together.”

Homeschool Student’s Key Chain Fundraiser

November 21, 2022

Springs Homeschool 5th grade student Cameron Skibar, a participant in enrichment teacher Andrew Seyfred’s Bizworld Rancho Cucamonga Personalized Learning Center class, is helping raise money to pay for paint for a mural in the Rancho student garden by selling key chains with the Springs name and Rancho hummingbird logo.

Springs Teen Competes in All Star Baseball

November 21, 2022

Springs 7th grade Magnolia Student Center student Ethan LeBreton, 13, was one of 13 baseball players selected to represent California at an all-state game in Georgia in November. He plays for an Arizona-based national travel team ranked 7th in the nation.
