Springs Bear River Student Center closed out 2022 with a Christmas musical theater performance led by musical theater teacher Pam Goodwin. Additionally, the school held its annual spelling bee. Winners included Profess Adhikari, Noah Chaidez , and Nalaya Phillips.

Homeschool 8th grade student Cyrus Perez is the January 2023 Student Artist of the Month. When creating art, Cyrus likes to use a drawing pad with black liner pens for outlining and detailing and brush pens for shading and occasional color. He likes to draw birds and wild animals, such as African Bush Elephants.
