Venture Teen Named Student of the Month

Venture Online Academy senior Alexis Halley has been named a Murrieta Chamber of Commerce Student of the Month. Alexis, age 17, is maintaining a 4.0 GPA and when she graduates she plans to attend Palomar Community College and study mechanical engineering. Continue reading

Ali Raye Hernandez, 13, is an accomplished violinist. She is in the 8th grade, lives in Temecula and is part of Springs’ Venture Online Academy. She hopes to attend New York’s prestigious Juilliard School and become a professional violinist.

Venture Student Excels at Motocross

Luke Kalaitzian, a 7th grader with our Venture Online Academy, is an accomplished motocross racer.  He took 3rd (of 42 racers) at Loretta Lynn’s Amateur Motocross Championships, meaning that he’s in the top 2% of motocross racers in his class!

PLEASE HELP – FEEDBACK NEEDED

Dear Parents/students:
 
Last year, we surveyed our families and students to identify goals for the school as part of the new Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF) that the State of California implemented as the basis for school funding.  At that time, all schools were required to develop, adopt, and annually update a three-year Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP).  We are now at year two of the LCAP and that the school is in the process of updating the plan for the upcoming year to submit to the California Department of Education.   As an essential part of this process, we are asking for your feedback again.  Please click here to help us identify if there are any additional services/actions that are needed to meet goals identified last year:
