Otay Ranch Academy for the Arts 8th grader Mila Schnitzius received the Principal Scholarship from Mater Dei Catholic High School which covers 75% of her tuition for four years.
She tested in the 96th percentile nationally on the High School Placement Test. She has been a student at ORAA for three years.
