Sydney Tucker, a 10th grade student with Springs’ Journey Homeschool High School, is a gifted artist. She has been drawing for most of her life, and is currently taking art classes at Springs and Studio Pillar. Among her favorite artists is Camilla d’Errico.
Her favorite art museums include The National Portrait Gallery, The Smithsonian American Art Gallery and The National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C. When she finishes school, Sydney hopes to be an animator. She has her own business on Instagram, #sydneysketches, customizing and painting shoes. She said, “The process is really fun because it allows me to explore and draw other art styles than I’m used to.”
