Springs offers over 80 field trip program options per year to its Homeschool community to enhance students’ education, said Kathy Crudo, Field Trip Coordinator.
Recent offerings include visits to the Maritime Museum of San Diego, the Our Body exhibit at the LA County Fair, the Discovery Science Center in Santa Ana, the USS Midway aircraft carrier in San Diego, the San Diego Zoo Safari Park and the Surfari Surf School at Mission Beach, San Diego. Upcoming programs in November and December include People of the Earth at the Hidden Valley Nature Center, the Old Joe Homestead Tour at Riley’s Farm in Oak Glen, a Christmastime performance of the Nutcracker and skiing and snowboarding lessons.
