Springs’ Flabob Airport Preparatory Academy (FAPA) moved into its new permanent classroom facility located at Flabob Airport in Riverside in June. The facility includes an office, hangar able to accommodate a small airplane, and 10 classrooms (pictured).
FAPA has aviation as a focus for students. It serves grades 6-12, emphasizing personalized learning with a multi-faceted approach to teaching. The high school program offers Springs’ vision of a Global Transitions Program, specializing in transportation technology, travel and cultures, and the science that connects the world.
FAPA served 147 students in the 2020-21 school year and has the capacity to expand to 250. Click here to learn more about the program.
