Students from the Temecula Student Center participated in their first-ever track & field competition against other schools at Tahquitz High School in Hemet on March 10.
The Centurion team was led by Coach Wendy Smith. On the boy’s side, Gabriel Varnell captured a 5th, 3rd, and 2nd place in various events. For the girls, Veronica Varnell took a 5th and a 3rd; Elisa Varnell brought home a 4th and two 3rd places.
