Springs’ Virtual Village wrapped up a strong school year and headed into summer “feeling royally ready for what’s next,” reported Lisa Fahrenkamp, program facilitator. “As we begin a brand-new year, we’re focused on setting up our team for success from day one.”
The program leadership is currently in the process of hiring new teachers and instructional aides for both programs, “building a strong lineup to support our students and staff. As we prepare for Ignite and our upcoming professional development days, we’re laying the foundation for a fantastic year ahead.”
Lisa continued, “To make sure we’re all aligned and ready to win, we’re creating a playbook to guide our strategies and set the tone for a successful season.” Over the summer, Virtual Village staff have been sending summer newsletters to families, “packed with updates and fun activity ideas to keep everyone engaged and informed.”
Also on the agenda is a Virtual Back-to-School Event happening the day before school begins. Lisa noted, “It’s a great opportunity to connect, share key info, and make sure everyone feels prepped and game-day ready!”
