Vetsy Espinosa, an 11th-grade grade student with Springs’ Keys College & Career Path Program, was recognized as one of 25 “Most Remarkable Teens” for 2023 by the Riverside Youth Council, a youth program coordinated by the Riverside mayor’s office and police department. The award honors her for “excellence in academics, athletics, arts and culture, community involvement, leadership, courage to overcome, acts of valor” and other noteworthy accomplishments. Vetsy was honored at a Riverside City Council meeting in May.
