The Riverside Student Center, which serves grades K-8, is having a Family Winter Wishes Program, reported Victor Uribe, principal.
Families and students can make a wish for themselves and one for someone else in need of items such as food, blankets, kitchen/home items, gift cards to stores, toys, games, school supplies and clothing/shoes. On December 12, parents and “Sant, ’s Helpers” (people who adopted the wish) will participate in a dinner and receive the items at a gift opening ceremony.
