She lives in Wildomar, and has been with Springs since her freshman year.  Her favorite subjects are photography, visual arts, her internship and (dual enrollment) math.  After she graduates from Springs next year, she plans to become a photographer and/or a cheer coach for all-star competitive cheer.  She has coached as well as competed on all-star teams.

Courtney came to Springs so that she could make the best use of her time in school and focus on interests outside of school, such as playing sports and getting a job.  Springs has worked well for her: “I absolutely love everything that Springs has done for me.  Its programs have made my high school experience better suited for my learning style and lifestyle.”

Her time at Springs has introduced her to a new interest, photography.  She loves taking portraits and artist photographs, and has been working on putting together her portfolio.  It has also allowed her time for a rigorous sports schedule.

Her Springs education has also given her a direction at life.  She said, “Springs has helped me realize what I want to do in the future.  Just knowing what I want to do, as well as knowing that I can achieve it, has helped me a ton.  Springs has been, and currently still is, helping me realize and reach my goals.”

Central to being successful at Springs, she believes, is keeping up with one’s school work.  She opined, “Getting your work done in a timely manner will make your high school experience much less stressful!”
