The USS Midway Museum is a historic naval aircraft carrier museum in downtown San Diego, at Navy Pier. The museum consists of the aircraft carrier Midway. The ship houses an extensive collection of aircraft, many of which were built in Southern California.

- Loaner headphones (audio tour may also be downloaded on a mobile device)

Important Information:
- Late registrations or refunds will NOT be processed after the closing date. No Exceptions.
- Special Guidelines: No use of Membership or Season passes. Space is limited; first come, first served.
- Open to all grades: TK-12th.
- Toddlers age four and under are free; No need for their registration.
- Tickets are needed for all guests ages five and above
- For the safety of all guests, including babies and toddlers, we kindly request that no items be held in hands while navigating the premises, mainly due to the presence of steps. We encourage using baby slings as a secure alternative for carrying infants and young children.
- Duplicate orders for the same field trip on one student’s account will not be allowed.
- Note: If you have multiple Homeschool students, each Homeschool student must be registered for all Field Trips using their designated flex fund account.
- A registered adult must accompany all Students
Parking:
- The USS Midway does not have a dedicated parking lot. A parking area on Navy Pier is adjacent to the USS Midway Museum.
- Parking rates are generally between $5 to $30, subject to change at the discretion of Ace Parking and the Port of San Diego. Parking rates typically increase for special events and holidays.
- The parking lot hours to enter are 8:30 a.m.-10:00 p.m. All cars must be out by 2:00 a.m. and are subject to tow if on the lot after then (no overnight parking).
- Metered parking is available on city streets adjacent to the USS Midway Museum. Please read all signs carefully to understand each space’s required timing and rates.
Additional Details:
- Field Trip Photography Disclaimer: Be advised that photographs will be taken at this event for possible use on the Springs Charter Schools website, marketing materials, and all other SCS publications. Please notify the Field Trip Coordinator if you want to avoid being photographed.
- How to Cancel: Forward your registration confirmation email receipt to carmelina.rosales@springscs.org with a detailed notation to cancel by the deadline date indicated on each field trip.
- There are no places to store or eat lunches on board the ship.
- Everyone must board the ship at the same time.
- Bags are inspected before boarding.
