There is nothing more exciting in hockey than an Anaheim Ducks goal. Each tally illuminates a red goal light that signals to the team and the crowd, it’s time to celebrate.
REGISTER TODAY! to explore the science behind the goal light. Knowing how to “Light the Lamp” takes more than hockey skills. It will require an understanding of how electricity works and completing a circuit that will
take you from the classroom to the ice rink.
The First Flight STE(A)M inspired field trip will educate students within a highly exciting and entertaining atmosphere. It will combine learning from hands-on exhibits and displays, workbook activities, and best of all, students will be taught live and in-person by hockey’s experts — the Anaheim Ducks players and coaches!
Important Information:
- No late registrations or refunds will be processed after the closing date. No Exceptions.
- Special Guidelines: Space is limited; first serve. No use of membership passes. Recommended for elementary students; however, open to all grade levels. No small children under 5 or strollers.
- Limited to one adult per family
- All Students must be accompanied by a registered adult through PayPal.
- Note: If you have multiple Homeschool students, each Homeschool student must be registered for all Field Trips using their own designated flex fund account. Any duplicate orders for the same field trip on one student’s account will not be allowed.
- Field Trip Photography Disclaimer: “Please be advised that photographs will be taken at this event for possible use on the SCS website, marketing materials, and/or all other SCS publications. If you do not want you or your child to be photographed please advise the Field Trip Coordinator.
- How to Cancel: Forward your registration confirmation email receipt to field.trips@springscs.org with a detailed notation to cancel by the deadline date indicated on each field trip.
