Dr. Seuss’s How the Grinch Stole Christmas! is a wonderful, whimsical musical based upon the classic Dr. Seuss book. Back for another incredible year, the family favorite features the songs “Santa for a Day,” “You’re a Mean One, Mr. Grinch,” and “Welcome, Christmas (Fah Who Doraze),” the delightful carol from the popular animated version of How the Grinch Stole Christmas! Celebrate the holidays as the Old Globe Theatre is once again transformed into the snow-covered Who-ville, right down to the last can of Who-hash.
Important Information:
- Punctuation is requested.
- Late registrations or refunds will NOT be processed after the closing date. No Exceptions.
- Open to all grades
- Babies & Toddlers on laps: FREE
- All Students must be accompanied by a registered adult.
- Parking is FREE. We strongly encourage all theatre patrons to arrive at least one hour before curtain to secure parking.
- To look up online or GPS directions to The Old Globe, please do not use the theatre’s address. There is only a 10-minute zone at that physical address. For GPS users, please click here for map coordinates or use our detailed written directions.
- The Old Globe is located in Balboa Park, San Diego’s cultural treasure. Our theatres are located off El Prado between the San Diego Museum of Art and the Museum of Us.
- Note: If you have multiple Homeschool students, each Homeschool student must be registered for all Field Trips using their designated instructional funds account. Duplicate orders for the same field trip on one student’s account will not be allowed.

- Field Trip Photography Disclaimer: Be advised that photographs will be taken at this event for possible use on the Springs Charter Schools website, marketing materials, and all other SCS publications. If you do not want you or your child to be photographed, please advise the Field Trip Coordinator.
- How to Cancel: Forward your registration confirmation email receipt to carmelina.rosales@springscs.org with a detailed notation to cancel by the deadline date indicated on each field trip.
