Whether you are already focused on an ANIMAL CAREER SEARCH or simply wondering what options might be right for you, this is a field trip you won’t want to miss.
For those who are interested in jobs with animals in veterinary settings, there are many careers that may be of interest to you.
Veterinarian; Emergency & Critical Care; Veterinary Technician; Veterinary Assistant; Veterinary Anesthetist; Veterinary Receptionist; just to mention a few.
On this field trip, students will have the opportunity to tour VCA California Veterinary Specialists Hospital and experience behind the scenes the latest advances in medicine, science, and technology to diagnose, treat, and enhance the quality of life for our four-legged and feather friends. After the tour, students will then gather for a presentation regarding the veterinary field. This is a great opportunity for students to meet professionals in this fast-paced, growing field who can inspire them to pursue their dreams in a career in veterinary studies.
Important Information:
- No late registrations or refunds will be processed after the closing date. No Exceptions
- Space is limited, first serve. No use of membership passes.
- All Students must be accompanied by a registered adult.
- Note: If you have multiple Homeschool students, each Homeschool student must be registered for all Field Trips using their own designated flex fund account. Any duplicate orders for the same field trip on one student’s account will not be allowed.
- Field Trip Photography Disclaimer: Please be advised that photographs will be taken at this event for possible use on the SCS website, marketing materials, and/or all other SCS publications. If you do not want you or your child to be photographed please advise the Field Trip Coordinator.
- How to Cancel: Forward your registration confirmation email receipt to field.trips@springscs.org with a detailed notation to cancel by the deadline date indicated on each field trip.
