Education

I graduated from CSUSB with a Spanish B.A. & completed coursework at CSUF for Spanish Literature.
I completed my single subject teaching credential program from University of Redlands.
I have worked as a substitute teacher for over 10 years.
I have taught Spanish at San Jacinto High School for over 4 years.
I’m an ESL instructor for the non-credit adult program at MSJC. I teach a beginning level class at Betty Gibbel Learning Center.

Favorite Hobbies

I enjoy reading, walking my dogs, sewing & dancing Zumba!

Favorite Books

I love to read historical based books such “Como agua para chocolate” from Laura Esquivel. The story in this book takes place during the Mexican Revolution and you can also learn how to cook traditional Mexican food.

Favorite Subject

I hated/loved history but above all Spanish. I learned geography, language, culture and history in Spanish.

Fun Facts

I got married in Las Vegas, Nevada
