2009 – Culinary Institute of America- Baking and Pastry. I worked three years for the Deer Valley Ski Resort Bakery, and was Pastry Chef of the Country Club Sapphire Valley in Sapphire, NC in 2014. Joined Springs Nation Nutrition Services in 2017.
I love to open water kayak, read, and play with my husband and our two children.

My husband and I have a 6 year old Border Collie named Boomer, and keep fresh water fish.
