Biography
Dianne spent the first 20 years of her career in Early Childhood Development as first a teacher’s aide, a teacher, then as Director of Schools. She has spent the last several years in local government both in Finance and Human Resources. Since 2016 she has worked for San Bernardino County Fire. Her main focus at County Fire is writing and managing grants. She is part of County Fire’s Incident Management Team and is also on a Federal Incident Management Team which manages wildfires and other emergency incidents.
Dianne has homeschooled all her children at some time during their education and loves the personalized learning approach of Springs Charter Schools. Two of her children are alumni of Springs Charter Schools.
Springs Charter Schools are parent choice schools where the community is our classroom. Our mission is to foster the innate curiosity of our students, empower their parents, and promote optimum learning by collaboratively developing a personalized learning program for each student.
