I received my bachelor’s degree from Vanguard University and my master’s degree in education from Azusa Pacific University.
Current favorite hobbies (have way too many) are Mountain bike riding/ road bike riding and competition Bowling. I also enjoy playing guitar and piano.
I like Sci-fi/ Dystopian fiction (Fahrenheit 451/1984, Hunger Games, etc.), books by Shola Richards, and currently reading works by Christopher Emdin.

I got my job with Springs because I make/used to sell Native American flutes and wind chimes at an open-air market in Hemet in-between teaching jobs. My first interview for the position of science teacher with Hemet Quest was conducted over the phone while I was on vacation at the south rim of the Grand Canyon.
