Where the Rainforest Meets an Under-the-Sea Adventure!
Dive into a world where reality meets fantasy and every reader transforms into a hero, wizard, or adventurer. Join us for an unforgettable celebration of the power of literacy and the magic of books! Springs’ annual homeschool Reading Extravaganza will be held on February 12, 2025 at the Temecula Event Center, 43174 Business Park Drive STE 103, Temecula, CA.
Event Highlights
Students will embark on two thrilling escape room challenges:
Under the Sea Adventure
There’s quite a commotion in the ocean! Students are trapped underwater, navigating a maze of sea creatures and challenges. To escape, they must complete five underwater reading challenges. Success will unlock a secret code that sets them free!
Amazon Rainforest Escape
From the depths of the ocean to the heart of the rainforest, students find themselves lost in the Amazon. Thankfully, Toco the Toucan knows the way out—but only if they solve the challenges and learn fascinating facts about the rainforest along the way!
Character Dress-Up: Students are invited to come dressed as their favorite storybook character! While optional, we’d love to see everyone in character to add to the magical atmosphere.
Parent Social Area
While students are immersed in their adventures, parents can relax and connect with other homeschool families over refreshments and light snacks in our designated Parent Social Area.

- All students must be accompanied by an adult.
- Parents can join their students in the reading rotations or relax in the parent social area.
- Registration Deadline January 31, 2025.
