Homeschool 4th grade student Naomi Slade, age 9, is the December 2021 Student Artist of the Month. She likes to draw cartoon animals, people and landscapes using drawing pencils, sharpies, shimmery gel pens and Crayola markers. Click here to view some of her art.
The Temecula resident also enjoys gymnastics, playing violin and piano, running obstacle courses and baking. In the future she hopes to join an a cappella group, and be a contortionist and artist.
