Happy New Year to you all! I hope you’re enjoying winter break and we look forward to your return to school soon.
It is my great pleasure to announce to you that Springs Charter Schools was awarded 3rd place as a top workplace in the large employer category in the Inland Empire by the Riverside Press-Enterprise, the Inland Valley Progress Bulletin, the San Bernardino Sun and the Redland Facts. The award was the result of an outside survey of our Springs employees’ engagement. Since we were the only school that made the “top workplaces,” that means we’re number one in our industry!
I was pleased to accept the award during a November 30th lunchtime presentation ceremony at the Riverside Convention Center. It reinforces what we already knew: We’re a great place to work! When our staff is able to do what’s needed for kids, the employees are happier and so are our students. And, we will be happy to advertise this accolade to our prospective employees.
