Springs Homeschool students traveled to Williamsburg, Virginia in May to participate in performances with the Mountain Fifes and Drums of Lake Arrowhead, reported ES Nadia Phillips.
Performance sites included Mount Vernon, the home of President George Washington (pictured), Surrender Field in Yorktown, where the British surrendered to the colonial army to end the Revolutionary War, and Busch Gardens, Williamsburg.
